#4 is totally correct. The rest have little, but necessary, things missing.
1. más deportista de la familia ... a ella le encanta caminar.
Explanation: más needs an accent mark. If you can not do that with your computer, I need to know if you have a PC or MAC, Windows or not. Then I can send you a chart, showing you how.
Because you have a Superlative construction, you de "de" + a group.
The verb encantar works like gustar. To someone it IS or they ARE delightful.
2. nearly perfect. The -or comparatives go in FRONT of the noun (peor, mejor, mayor, menor)
Accent on cómicas.

3. rather than like mother at the end, either the or her will make it perfect.
