1. to identitify the various problems of the country.
2. to know whether its beneficial to the citizens of the country or not.
To make acts and laws made by it beneficial for the citizen of the country.
Law should be formulated including citizen's welfare and prosperity
To make the law by considering each and every aspects of the country like religion, class, caste, race, gender, and citizen's welfare and prosperity.
