Ans- Legislature have to be considered of following points while formulating laws÷ 1. To consider each and every aspects of the country like religion, class, caste,etc. 2. To make laws which will be beneficial to the citizens of the country. 3. To identify the various problems of the country. 4. To make the laws which are not against the welfare of the country and its citizens. 5. To examine the bills before it is passed.
