4 is wrong
on 7, which is subjective and objective, who/whom. The blank represents the subject of a dependent clause.
Well, it's an adjective clause, but still the blank is the subject.
Is #4 C then....I read it wrong it has to be B or C but my thoughts are C?

and for #7 is it whom?
