capitalize la Nochebuena (all one word)
no comma in Más temprano esa noche, (comma there)
still misspelled = restaurante
missed an "l" in allí (same sentence as restaurante)
ringing = sonaba = was ringing OR sonó = did ring
la letra is really the lyrics (words); are you sure you mean that?
la pelota is too small for the "ball" that drops in Times Square = Nosotros vimos la esfera.....
The word order is a bit better with "Nosotros vimos caerse la esfera......."

Mi mejor memoria fue la noche vieja de dos mil seis en Nueva York. Más temprano, esa noche mis amigos y yo fuimos a China Town en Queens. llegamos alli justo antes = I don't see the accent mark on allí and "justo antes" is too English sounding. Substitute "poco antes de que ellos......"
At the end = we took the subway is "tomamos el metro..."
With Nochebuena, it was just to change the spelling from "noche buena"
To ring is sonar
Esfera substituted for pelota
