As another person said, Ms. Sue's intention is to help us not be lazy, and find answers, not just think that other people are obligated to find answers and assist us. If you are not willing to do the work to learn, then you should not be trying to get a sufficient grade. If you want to learn, then work to find the answers, and when you do, learn why they are right so you can apply those skills elsewhere, not just worry about this one time, this one time, this one time, over and over again just to get by with grades you don't deserve. Jiskha is meant to help kids learn why answers are correct, not just to have a guide to get 100% grades on tests that you could never earn in a million years. Also, you should know that Ms. Sue is not obligated to even make an effort to assist you, and furthermore, she should not be subject to classless and ruthless insults by lazy, spoiled, and rude children who just want to take from others. This is why I mourn for the next generation of society. We indulged, and let to think that we are entitled to what we want when most of our parents and the majority of 2020's grandparental generation had to actually WORK for what they got in life. Why should the age we are living in change that just because the world is all of a sudden seeing advancements like never before that make cheating easier? Technology or any other advancement is NOT meant to make it easier to be lazy and cheat your way out of responsibility. These things are meant to be tools to help us achieve our goals, to make LEARNING easier, but not to be spoiled and think that we are entitled to things ew are not. Mind you, I say this and I am 12 years old. And, no, I am not your normal 12 year old. That's because of my wonderful parents who train be to know that you work for what you get on this Earth. And that rule should apply to anyone.
Answered by Anonymous
Furthermore, I find it extremely honorable that Ms. Sue does not even reply to these insults, but rather helps and then leaves questions alone. It takes a lot to put up with that level of disrespect when you can go to any question, which is many since Ms. Sue has tried to help everyone here, and see the rude comments written about Ms. Sue that should not be said at all, and have no place. Though one would think that being that you have to take these comments, people would think to reread and rethink if they should post their comment but no, people just submit their comments with no regard to who it may offend though, one would think that being that you have to take these comments, people would think to reread and rethink if they should post their comment but, no, people just submit their comments with no regard to who it may offend, or if it has any place at all.

Thank you, Ms. Sue, for your kindness to help us all, and for putting up with these un-grounded insults toward you. Your work is much appreciated.

Here use it as you like:
8 years after the end of the second Boer war on 31 May 1910, Britain gave South Africa nominal independence. This union was a dominion that included the former colonies of the Cape and Natal. This union only became fully sovereign in 1931 when all powers Britain had over the country were abolished. So although the country was rated as independent, it did not become fully independent from the British empire until 1931. Even after that it was still recognizing the British queen as monarch until 1961. In 1961 a referendum was held in which the nationalist dominated government wanted to leave the British union, drop the queen and become a republic. They won this referendum. This was still only governance by the white minority. Laws introduced by the British controlled union where upheld and strengthened and became something called apartheid, which means separation. In 1990 the nationalist government started breaking down the barriers between races by abolishing apartheid. In 1994 the first totally inclusive elections were held and won by the African National Congress.

So depending on how you look at history.

1910 - Semi independent, own local government, still answers to Westminster parliament.

1931 - More independent. Ally of Britain. Still has governor general(elected official) Recognizes Queen as Monarch.

1961 - Completely independent. Forms a republic. President replaces governor general. Don’t recognize the Queen as monarch.

1994 - First universal elections held.

ill just cut it short and give you the answer

so you guys kinda gotta think about this, i dont think ms. sue is actually a teacher, like, have you looked at her name, teachers ALWAYS have there names uppercased, but ms. sue thinks that shes just special or something and thinking that only SHE can have her name lowercased, dont get me wrong, she has helped me in some occasions, but, theres just something fishy about here, you know?

I miss the days where this site was for helping us with our homework.

Before you say I'm here to cheat, dont assume you right.
I'm here because I need help not cheat, I'm here because I'm trying to check my answers if they're right.

Don't send hate or judge others because they're being kind or trying to stand up for someone who helps us.

We don't need more people like you who literally hate people because they're trying to help us not be lazy and actually learn.

If you don't have anything nice to say then it'd be good if you just put tape on your mouth.
Yes.

Freedom and equality have to be worked out in economic and social arenas, not political. This could only grant them political independance, not freedom and equality.

For South Africa, Britain granted her political independence or sovereignty and handed over territorial rule to the whites. The whites decided to administer South Africa for the benefit of the white population.

The independence of the majority of Britain’s African territories put the independence of the High Commission territories in Southern Africa on the British agenda, despite their continued economic dependence on South Africa and the relative weakness of their independence movements. Lesotho, with high levels of literacy, was the first to organize.

There you go :)

Also like Im just here for some help when I very well need it. You expect every one to want to study. No one is perfect so stop acting as if were all just gonna bow down and study all day long. Some are busy with their lives and have a lot going on, some are going through hard times making it a desperation, I respect ms sue, but i disrespect people who drown us in these remarks toward say we are spoiled and rude. Not all of us are here for just answers, some are here for help, dont push it away, imbrase that call. Thats why I dislike Anonymous. So if someone IS here for the answers to a test, be kind, it may not all be as it seems.

First off, I just want to say, thank you for giving me a genral idea of why it didn't lead to freedom.

Also let's not have drama over this cheating stuff. I come on here to check my answers, post answers, get ideas, and every once in a while, cheat-cheat. Even though cheating may be wrong we shouldn't judge other people for it you don't know what they could be going through.

oh yeah, Mrs. Sue died in 2019 or 2020 of cancer so let's not criticize her or use her name please not sure why you would anyways but just letting you guys know.
