Question

Put together a proposal for the customer that includes the following:
Briefly describe the first five points of the project scope checklist in relation to the project:
what are the project objectives:?
list the deliverables.
identify the milestones of the project
list the technical requirements
what are the limits and exclusions

I don't know what you are having problems with: the instructions are clear and on target. The only comment I would have is that Cost and quality targets and milestones are not required. One cant manage a project without those. Cost, Quality, and Schedule are the hallmarks of Project Management.
