Well what I think is that yes, they are Hostile and they won't give any part of England colonies a chance to have the right to be taxed and all the British and Americans would want to just take the money.. I think.

The British needed money to pay for their war with France, the French and Indian War. The colonists didn't want to pay for that. They wanted the right to vote on how their taxes were spent.
No, that's not it. Yes, the American colonists did not want to pay taxes to the British Crown and Parliament without representation in said Parliament, which the British were not willing to grant to colonies. Americans did tax themselves locally in town meeting or representative body where citizens were present to vote either in person or via a representative.
