I am wondering why you are focusing on computer confidentiality. Why would the ethics be different from other medical records,or privacy issues. There is no substantive difference of information when it is on paper, or on a computer disk/memory.
I recommend look for ethics regarding privacy of medical records, and apply them to digital networks and storage.
I need to know where i can find articles on" ethical opinions on computer confidentiality" for medical records
