how can the formatting of business messages received effect their level of success whether its a professional or customer reading?

I feel as if it doesn't have any impact on the level of success, is their a wrong way to format business messages according to the target audience?

Questions for you: If you send out a memo to everyone in the company and it's filled with grammatical and spelling errors, will the readers take you seriously? Will they even understand what you're saying?
I agree with Writeacher.

I turned off on this post when I saw that the first sentence didn't begin with a capital letter. Adding to my negative impression were two misspelled words.

Keep in mind that if you let yourself be sloppy when writing text messages or whatever, it'll usually carry over into your school or business writing. It's best to always write your best, no matter who the intended audience is.
