Is it Sqrt(64/y^2) or Sqrt(64)/y^2? Because this is the difference between your two answers. Sqrt(64/y^2) = 8/y Sqrt(64)/y^2 = 8/y^2
A. Independent = Increased Education Dependent = decreased racial prejudice B. Independent = family income Dependent = college attendance C. Independent = hasty presidents Dependent = nations go to war
so: V = 180 m / 4 s = 45 m/s convert to km/h V = 162 km/h This is the velocity relative to the first train, which is moving 90 km/h relative to the ground. Then V = 162 + 90 km/h = 252 km/h That's pretty fast...:-P
Therefore, the cross product will always result in 3 dimensions
Ok. An inverse function is formed from switch in the input and output variables(x,y). so y = 3x -1 flip x = 3y-1 and solve for y again x+1=3y y = 1/3(x+1) so f^-1(x) = 1/3(x+1) and the inverse of an inverse function is the original equation: f(x) = 3x-1
The Cross Product gives us the normal vector to the plane that both vector a and vector b lie on.
With the information you have given: A. 150 Nm assuming that the angle that student pushes is 90 degrees to the merry-go-round. if the angle is not 90 degrees then the force = 50 N * sin(theta) b.90 degrees

So for the first the answers would be pi/3, pi, 5pi/3? I tried it for the second problem and I couldn't make it work.
never mind...I got the first problem figured out. The second is still stumping me however.
Thats not correct.... I'm not sure how you got from 2 - 2cos^2(x) - 5cos(x) + 1 = 0 2cos^2(x) + 5cos(x) + 3 = 0 It should be -2cos^2(x) - 5cos(x)+1=0 From there I'm stuck.
sorry. meant -2cos^2(x) - 5cos(x)+3=0
Thank you....the pi/3, 5pi/3 is correct.
I only get 4 answers though. I'm supposed to get 8

this is what i think In this case Miwa Corp. probably has de facto status which would mean that the existence of the corporation can only be challenged by the state, not by Harman because he is a third party. There are three elements required for de facto status (this is all coming from page 778). There must be a state statute under which the corporation can be validly incorporated, and although the case does not specifically say which state Miwa Corp. is in there are state statutes in every state that will allow them to be validly incorporated. The second is that the parties must have made a good faith attempt to comply with the statute. By hiring the attorney to take care of all the details and signing the state charter, the brothers have made a good faith attempt to comply. They did not know that the attorney had not sent the papers. Lastly, the enterprise must already have undertaken to do business as a corporation, and clearly they have been operating as Miwa Corp. not knowing that their corporate charter was not sent in.

People attend school for many different reasons for example, expanded knowledge, societal awareness, and enhanced interpersonal relationships. In this following essay I will provide you with details and specific reasons on why one may choose to attend school. Going into the minds of young citizens, teachers as well as giving you a point of view from parents. I would like for you the reader to not only realize why people attend school, but make you think on whether or not how this explanation will affect your life and the decisions you make. Many people question the reason for school. Why are we learning this? What am I ever going to use this for? And mainly, what’s the point of going to school? Young citizens attend school basically because they have no choice, when you’re talking about grade school there is really no absolute say so in whether or not you’re going to school. After the age 16 is when you take control over your educational future. A person that comes from a history of success, being from their parents or whomever they grew up with, is more like to want to expand their knowledge. They have the determination to keep up with the ones who made their life easy. All they know is success, the luxury lifestyle involved highly costs automobiles, mansion real estates, and the good life. They have the fear if they don’t get an education they won’t be able to continue this way of living. These are all reason why the less fortune does not feel the need to attend school. The child who grew up in a household where the income was below the normal, relatives have local regularly paying jobs, and the community they live in is basically poor. These young citizens do not have what the citizens of the highly successful life have. Their for they see no need to attend school. You can say they became immune to what’s surrounding them. It’s hard to want something you know nothing about. In their mind why go to school? What’s the reason, I seem to be doing okay with myself. Societal awareness and enhanced interpersonal relationships, Teachers and parents has a big part in the decision making of young citizens. What’s someone in high authority has to say about education impacts one. They want answers to questions like, why am I surrounded by people doing nothing but making mistakes?, If you a parent what’s your take on education?, Why do people tend to tell you what you do with your life?. If we the people can provide valuable good responses to these questions, one would consider school as a major option in their life and career. I’ve heard parents say what the way I run my household has no affect on how the young will react to school. But it does according to the New York State Association “A healthy home environment offers emotional security to children (Holdaway, 1979, 1984). Schools cannot simply provide a continuation of the home environment (Wells, 1987), but they play an inestimably important role in laying the foundation for children to learn to read (Rasinski & Fredericks, 1988). Rasisnski & Fredericks (1988) stated that in the literacy development of children, parents play a crucial role.” I recall asking the same very question while sitting in class during career day. Why do people attend school? I must say I received a different reason every time I asked. One would say some people need the strict school setting in order to learn and others do it just to get the little piece of paper that says you know how to do your job. Another visitor said people go to school to be prepared for life...meet and understand different kinds of people understand life's complications and be able to face and handle life's challenges.

Jim and Ken have the same number of sweets and chocolates to begin with, as each of them gave half to the other. So: From Jim eating 12 sweets, we can conclude that S-12=7C, as the number of sweets he has after eating 12 is seven times the number of chocolates he has. From Ken eating 18 chocolates, we can conclude that S=4(C-18) or S=4C-72. We can substitute the equation from Ken into the Jim equation, getting 4C-72-12=7C. -84=3C. C=-28, so S=-192. Ken originally had 2S sweets, so Ken bought -384 sweets. Check to see if you have accurately written this problem down, as the answer seems suspect.

that Organization buying is the decision-making process by which formal organizations establish the need for purchased products and services and identify, evaluate, and choose among alternative brands and suppliers. Some of the characteristics of organizational buyers are: 1. Consumer market is a huge market in millions of consumers where organizational buyers are limited in number for most of the products. 2. The purchases are in large quantities. 3. Close relationships and service are required. 4. Demand is derived from the production and sales of buyers. 5. Demand fluctuations are high as purchases from business buyers magnify fluctuation in demand for their products. 6. The organizational buyers are trained professionals in purchasing. 7. Several persons in organization influence purchase. 8. Lot of buying occurs in direct dealing with manufacturers.
Thank you very much! The information you provided was useful
f: R->R defined by f(x)=|x| is a function but it is neither surjective nor injective because in order to be injective, each real number y that is an element of the function's Y mapping, which in this case is all reals, can only be gotten to by at MOST one possible real number x in the function's X mapping (NOTE: this allows for the possibility that some values can be in the function's Y mapping that cannot be gotten to by any element of the function's X mapping). For the function f(x)=|x|, there is exactly two elements x of the function's X mapping that correspond to each element y of the function's Y mapping. Therefore, the function cannot be injective. Whereas to be surjective, the function needs to have for every element y of its Y mapping at LEAST one element in its X mapping that corresponds to y (NOTE: this allows for two elements in the function's X mapping to correspond to the same element in the function's Y mapping). Since the function's Y mapping is all reals, including negative real numbers, no negative element of the function's Y mapping can be gotten to by any element of the function's X mapping. the assingment: 5B. Covert Practice: Choose a communication event that you would like to prepare for covertly. Then, in a quiet place, begin thinking about the conversation, as you’d like to see it evolve. When you hit rough spots, try a variety of options until you find a response that pleases you. When you’re satisfied with your imagined scene, write it out so you can see how it looks and read it aloud so you can hear how it sounds
