I'll send this to our Spanish expert, SraJMcGin.
#1 = correct
#2 = correct, unless you have had the "let's" form in Spanish III or IV = estudiemos
#3 = No. Because escribir ends in -ir, the theme vowel for the formal command is "a" = escriba
#4. No. The command form, plural, of pasear is paseen el perro para mí. You MAY give "el perro" a "personal a" but not usually.
I'll flag this and come back later to see if you have any questions.

So for #2, it would be just "estudiemos"? And #4 is Pasear? Because I am in Spanish 3 and we are using Iop/Dop's with this as well so I'm not sure on how I would apply those to these examples?
#2 = I have no idea if you have studied the Subjunctive and the "let's form" or not. That would depend upon your text and/or your teacher.
#4 can NOT be pasear because that is the Infinitive form and NOT the command. The directions said to use the command form. For plural people that would be the Ustedes form = pase/en = it looks odd at first because the first "e" is in the stem and the second "e" is in the ending!
When using Iop and Dop, with a negative command, they precede the verb form, but with the affirmative command, they are attached on the end, adding accent marks where necessary.
Just how complete an explanation will you need on Familiar and Formal Commands? Here is what it covers:
a. formal commands = how to form them
b. indirect commands
c. Let Us or Let's command
d. familiar commands = how to form them
e. regular and irregular
f. object pronouns with commands
