DURATION - 10 MINS.
Observation.
I/T sits down on a small chair. He keeps both hands on a table.
T/C wets his paper by different colours such as blue, yellow, pink and red.
“I got bigger†while looking at I/C, with a smile, T/C raises up his hand holding a bigger brush with three finger and a thumb.
I/C, who sits opposite to T/C, glances at T/C’s brush then continues colouring.
“Could I get bigger?â€. I/C asks T/C while gains T/C’s eye contact.
I/C sings while putting his brush in a red colour container, and then colouring it on his wet paper.
“These are big onesâ€. T/C tells I/C while looking at brushes on his left side of the table.
T/C puts the brush into the blue colour by his R/H grasp, then colouring on his hand.
“Look I colour my handâ€. While smiling T/C looks and shows his hand at I/C.
Then T/C takes his paper from the table by his R/H pincer grip then puts it on the floor.
“Do you use that?†T/C asks A/D, while pointing on his wet, coloured paper on the floor.
“Oh thanks I am going to use that, Its lovely. what else are you going to make†A/D > T/C.
Without reply, T/C looks at I/T who leaves the painting area.
“Come, do you want to colourâ€. T/C encourages I/T
Without turning back I/T disappears quietly.
“Aagh aagh†T/C screams strongly while turning back to colouring tray shelf which was situated behind him.
By using his both hands, T/C starts sorting out colouring trays.
“Do you know where mine is†T/C asking while concentrates on sorting trays.
“Do you remember which colour is yours?†A/D asking T/C.
“blueâ€. T/C replies.
“It should be there clever boy, you gonna find it soonâ€.
“find it†T/C explain to A/D while raising up his blue tray.
“Well done T/C†A/D
T/C leaves the painting area and heading to Foundation stage 2 area.
T/C smiles and joins I/C in the jigsaw area.
T/C passes behind I/C.
T/C pulls out a chair and sits next to I/T.
By using his palm, all finger & thumb of his R/H, T/C pulls the jigsaw close to him.
T/C starts to removes the shapes one after another - circle, square, triangle, rectangle, V-shape and oval, from the jigsaw and puts them all on the table with his four fingers & a thumb.
With his R/H fingers and thumb, T/C picks up the squire shape from the table and places it in the jigsaw.
I/C2 comes near to T/C and I/C, then glances on the jigsaw
“shut the door†Loudly T/C asks I/C
“Ok I will†I/C replies loudly.
T/C looks excited. While smiling he keeps on glancing at a small path way.
I/T pushes the chair and blocks the path way for them.
“She cant seat†T/C insisted
“No she cant†I/C†agrees
I/C2 leaves the place.
T/C looks very excited, he looks every where - to the path way, to his left, right, down the table.
I/C3 comes close to them.
I/C3 stands on the small path way.
I/C3 looks at the jigsaws.
Quickly, T/C passes I/C, pulls a chair and again blocks the path way for them to play.
T/C comes back to his chair.
“ I make house “ I/C joins shapes together.
“That’s caterpillar†T/C suggests.
T/C pushes the shape jigsaw far on the table.
T/C pulls the dinosaur jigsaw close to him.
“I am making dinosaur†T/C joins the shapes together
“one, two, three, four†T/C counts
“aagh aagh†T/C yells.
“only big one will be here†T/C places a shape inside a jigsaw.
“We have to get two dinosaur†I/C said while looking at T/C jigsaw.
“No we have to get three†T/C replies while he keeps on joining the jigsaw shapes together.
“Aagh aagh my name is dinosaur†T/C screams strongly while concentrating on the jigsaw.
Observation time is over. A/C leaves the area. T/C still sits on the chair continue playing with jigsaw.
