candidate for the position of RC Academics and Communities.

This year, I had the privilege of serving as the FCOM Academics, a role that allowed me
to work closely RC Academics and provide assistance with first-year students to guide
them through their academic journey. My position on the Academics and Communities
subcommittees gave me valuable insights into the workings of RC Academics and the
challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. These experiences have prepared me well
to take on the responsibilities of RC Academics and Communities. Passion for House Kestell and Vision for the Future
House Kestell has been instrumental in my personal growth. When I first arrived here, I
was unsure of myself and my place in this community. However, through the support
and encouragement of my fellow residents, I found the confidence to step out of my
shell and embrace new challenges. This house has become a safe space for me—a
place where I can explore my potential without fear of judgment. I am passionate about
creating this same environment for others, where everyone feels empowered to believe
in themselves and pursue their academic and personal goals.
As RC Academics and Communities, I aim to foster a culture of academic excellence by
developing innovative programs and initiatives that support all students. I will work to
