Think about it. If the prosecutor could keep his case a secret, the defendant would have no time to prepare a defense. It would save time.
In my book i did find A,B,C the only one i can't find is D
yes, I think D is the correct answer. I'm not even sure what it means to "dry up." If sources have already been deposed, what, the paper work will blow away?
