No tenemos planes para este año de acción de gracias , pero que probablemente va a ser como el año pasado. Mi cumpleaños es agosto 5. me gusta celebrar mi cumpleaños con mi familia y amigos . Sí, me gustan los regalos.

The subject "yo" and the verb must agree. "yo" = I but "celebramos" = we celebrate. Yo siempre celebro...
Mi familia y yo = Nosotros preparamos... adjectives usually FOLLOW the noun in Spanish = comidas deliciosas
Be sure to capitalize the first word of a sentence = Me gusta
