I believe the answer is 3a square root of 5a.

=√9 * √5 * √a^2
= 3a√5
answer is actually : 3a square root of 5.

45a^2 simplied is 9a^2 x 5
square root of 9a^2 is 3a.
Square root of 5 is radical 5.

Squaring your answer would check to see if you have the correct answer.
