1. Charles works at the movies. He gets paid 10.50 an hour. Charles normally works 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week and gets paid every two weeks. Last week Monday Charles called in sick. They were told to buy 15 Onion rolls, 12 Hamburger buns, 4 loaves of Rye bread and 24 Hot dog buns. How much will it cost them? Also include 8.25% sales tax.

Sorry to disagree, but in #1, I think he would get A, with a day and a half of sick time.

In #2, $10.50 times 80 hours (two weeks) = $840

In #3, calculating the cost of each of the items and adding in the tax = $10.46
