This is my opinion on this: I think we should because fats can cause us heart attacks and on the other hand proteins gives us a healthyer living.Although havinga little bit of fats in our body helps us maintain the weight for our body.

Eliminating anything is not a good idea. We need a great variety of different foodstuffs. Moderation is the key. Of course, we need less arsenic than water, but even too much water is a bad thing.
