NO2-(aq) + 2Al(s) + H2O + OH→ NH3(aq) + 2AlO2-(aq)
This is what I got
Balance the equation in aqueous basic solution:
NO2-(aq) + Al(s) → NH3(aq) + AlO2-(aq)
I know how to balance equations in acidic solutions, but I get lost doing the basic one, please help?

That is 100% correct.
I don't balance them this way but ONE way is to balance in acidic soln (since you can do that already, then add OH^- to each H^+ (and to keep the equation balanced you add OH^- to the other side).
