I'm not sure there is a "right" answer. YThoughou have to choose the one that your teacher or school program thinks is correct, though. Who, in the public who will see the mural, would know who the trainers are? Trainers are important, but not usually well-known to the public. I think there is a better answer, but that's my opinion.
Athletic trainers seems like the right answer as it is the really the only one that deals with health
