A primary concern is the substantial risks to women's health posed by the extraction procedure and the inability to obtain true informed consent from egg donors given the current lack of adequate safety data.

can someone please break this sentence up to make it more understandable or just tell me the main idea. I don't get it b/c it's too wordy. lol thanks :)

The risk to women's health, because of the means of extracting eggs, without the consent of the donors is a worry. There is not enough safety data.
