A NEW STATE LAW MANDATES THAT ALL EMPLOYERS MUST PORHIBIT SMOKING ON PRESMISES. THE LAW FURTHER PROVIDES THAT ANY EMPLOYER WHO ALLOWS EITHER AN EMPLOYER OR A CLIENT/CUSTOMER TO SMOKE BE SUBJECT TO A COURT ORDER REQUIRING THE EMPLOYER TO ENFORCE THE LAW. QUESTION: DESCRIBE THIS STATUTE IN TERMS OF ALL POSSIBLE CLASSIFICATION METHODS.
PLEASE HELP REALLY STUCK ON THIS ONE.

Two things:
1. Release that Caps Lock key; typing in all capital letters is considered rude; it's as if you're SHOUTING AT EVERYONE.
2. Be more specific in your question(s). You said here that you need more help. That's not specific. What help?

Dee -- You've received three or four websites that we think may help you -- and advice from three volunteer Jiskha teachers. Now it's your turn. Which classifications do you think apply to this statute?

I see that this was posted over 4 years ago. But it's too bad no one was able to actually do anything helpful on this post, as I have the same question on an assignment.
