I don't know which state you mean. This might make a difference. Are you talking about a misdemeanor?

I am taking a college course Business Law 1. The question I posted, was a homework assignment. I live in Michigan, although the question didn't name a certain state. The question I need a answer to is: Describe this staute in terms of all possible classification methods.
