Honestly, it depends on the initial velocity.
force*time=mass*changeinvelocity
changeinvelocity=force*time/mass
Now if the initial velocity is zero, then, and only then, the final velocity is =change invelocity, and one would have
vfinal=force*time/mass
and vfinal ^2=(20*3/10)^2=36
final KE= 1/2 m vfinal^2=1/2 (10*36)= I get about 180m/s
