a=[22*(0.25+0.1875]/(0.0625/0.25)+2*(0.25)
a=12.8333
This was correct. one of the few I got right. Part b is wrong. Need help on question 2 (torque) I am confused about the top view. I thought I understood it but I guess I don't.

thnks, yeah i got it wrong too.
i think that by top view means that its a disk and you are looking at it from the top. so you just have to do the torque
torque= F*d=I*alpha
so alpha = F*d/I
d= distance between the point of aplication of the force and the point of rotation
