Vb = 0.54m/s[-45o]
Vr = 0.60m/s[0o]
X = 0.54*cos(-45) + 0.60 = 0.982 m/s.
Y = 0.54*sin(-45) + 0 = -0.382.
tan A = Y/X = -0.382/0.982 = -0.38884
A = -21.2o = Direction.
Vb'=X/cosA = 0.982/cos(-21.2)=
1.053m/s[-21.2o] or 21.2o S. of E.
