(a) CM velocity = (M1V1 + M2V2)/(M1 + M2)
where V1 and V2 are vectors.
= [2*(2i - 3j) + 3*(i + 6j)]/5
= [7i -12j]/5
(b) Total momentum
= Total mass * CM velocity
= 7i - 12j
where V1 and V2 are vectors.
= [2*(2i - 3j) + 3*(i + 6j)]/5
= [7i -12j]/5
(b) Total momentum
= Total mass * CM velocity
= 7i - 12j
