Ok so im looking for minimum avg power for a 38 kg boy to climb a 170 m building that takes 10.2 min include only work done against gravity

t = 10.2min * 60s/min = 612 s.

P = F * d/t = mg * d/t
P = 38*9.8 * 170/612 = 103.4 J/s
