im trying to solve a literal equation, then solve the specific question
first part is stumping me, im to solve for X
ax=bx-c
this is what I got
ax-bx=c, but don't know how to get x by itself

just factor out the x:
x(a-b) = c
x = c/(a-b)
x(a-b) = c
x = c/(a-b)
