I need to solve a literal equation --

Solve for h: A = 1/2bh

If I divide both sides by 2b, then my answer would be h = A/2b

Is this correct?

2 answers

Actually I think I'm going to correct myself and multiply both sides by 2 but divide both sides by b so my final answer is 2A/b = h
good work ... you figured it out on your own
