If the ratio of the roots of the quadratic equation x^2−28x+A=0 is 2:5, what is the product of the roots of the quadratic equation x^2+Ax+2A+3=0?

(x-2)(x-5) = x^2-7x+10
we have 28, not 7, so scale up by 4:
(x-8)(x-20) = x^2-28x+160

That makes our cubic
