log4(3x-7)^2=10. I have no idea in working it out.

sure you have an idea. Recall that if
log_4(u) = a,
u = 4^a
so, (3x-7)^2 = 4^10
log_4(u) = a,
u = 4^a
so, (3x-7)^2 = 4^10
