factor out a 2:
=(2x-5)(3x+2)-(2x-5)(2)(5x+4)
factor out (2x-5):
=(2x-5)[(3x+2)-2(5x+4)]
simplify:
=(2x-5)(3x+2-10x-8)
=(2x-5)(-7x-6)
and, if you want:
=-14x^2+23x+30
