Mg(OH)2 + FeCl2 ==> Fe(OH)2 +MgCl2

This is a trial and error but it can be done easily this way.
Look at the Mg. Mg is OK. Fe is OK. Cl is ok. H and O are ok.
What do you know? It's balanced as is.
