Explain why you would or would not want to live near a large recreational center.
Should I state that I would or would not. I'm just not understanding how the format of a thesis should be.

Your thesis could be: I would like to live near a large recreational center.

Or

I would not like to live near a large recreational center.

You should say what your personal opinion is like The disadvantage of living near a large recreation center could mean traffic and noisy kids and then from there on follow that statement
