What volume of 0.250 M H2SO4 is required to titrate a solution containing 0.200 g of KOH to its endpoint?

I think what you wanted to ask (or wherever the problem came from) is the volume for the EQUIVALENCE point. The end point is where the indicator changes; the equivalence is where the indicator SHOULD change.
2KOH + H2SO4 ==> K2SO4 + 2H2O
mols KOH = grams/molar mass.
mols H2SO4 = 1/2 x mols KOH (look at the coefficients).
