if you mean the given roots, you are out of luck if you want real coefficients.

If you have a typo and meant -9+9i, then the other root is -9-9i, so the quadratic is

(x-(-9+9i))(x-(-9-9i))
= ((x-9)+9i)((x-9)-9i)
= (x-9)^2 + 9^2
= x^2 - 18x + 162
