7 y = 3 x - 9
so
y = (3/7) x - (9/7)
m = slope = 3/7
b = y axis intercept when x = 0 = -9/7
so
y = (3/7) x - (9/7)
m = slope = 3/7
b = y axis intercept when x = 0 = -9/7
