I have another question on object of the preposition. In the sentence,
I found my homework inside my social studies book. Would the object of the preposition just be book or would it be social studies book? I'm getting confused. I know social studies tells which book but I was thinking it might be a compound noun so I wasnt' sure if social studies book would all be the object of the prep or if it would just be book. Thanks
