Question
I'd like you to revise these sentences. I need to include words really used when enquiring for a hotel room. Thank you very much,Writeacher.
1)My husband and I would like to spend the period from 3 August to 20 August at Your hotel. In particular, we are looking for a double room (+ extra bed for our five-year-old child). We would like to have breakfast and dinner at your hotel.
2) I would be grateful if you could let us have details about the price as soon as possible.
3) This is another enquiry.
We are looking for a four-star hotel with sea front which offers a kids club and a play ground for our five-year-old child.

Although I am not Writeacher, here goes:
1 )My husband and I would like to spend the period from August 3 to August 20 at (NO CAPITAL) Your hotel. In particular, we are looking for a double room (BED?) PLUS AN extra bed for our five-year-old child. We would like to have breakfast and dinner at your hotel.
2) I would be grateful if you could let us have details about the price as soon as possible.
3) This is another enquiry (USA USES INQUIRY).
We are looking for a four-star hotel with (ON A) sea front (COMMA) which offers a kids club and a playground for our five-year-old child.
I hope this helps. Capitals are for contrast.

PsyDAG is right.
"a double room" is not a clear term. You need to specify that you want the room for 3 people -- a queen or a king for yourself and your wife, plus an extra bed for your child. OR you could specify that you want a room with two queens or two kings and not have to explain yourself at all!
I've made this correction before: ... a kids' club ...
The possessive (kids') is needed here.
