prove : 1 + sin^2 Ø = 2sin^2 Ø + cos^2Ø

this one is really easy

LS = 1 + sin^2 Ø
= sin^2 Ø + cos^2 Ø + sin^2Ø
= 2sin^2 Ø + cos^2 Ø
= RS
