At what level, or what kind of figure skating team? You can just google this; I did and some I found are: Team USA (Olympic team), Talbot Figure Skating Team (for Talbot county Maryland), The Diamond Blades, Dartmouth University Figure Skating Team, and the Achilles Edge Intermediate Synchronized Skating Team. Many universities and countries should have figure skating teams... Does this help?

Figure skating is usually not considered a "team" sport, unless you consider pairs and dance partners a team. Members of national teams do not cooperate in any way; in fact, they barely speak to one another.
There are Figure Skating "Clubs" that promote the sport in local areas, such as the Arctic Blades FSC in Los Angeles and the Genessee FSC in Rochester, NY. They serve several useful purposes.
Occasionally on TV you will encounter a "team" competition, but these are usually one-time only affairs of dubious merit, designed by a commercial promoter to please the audience.
