TF = Fahrenheit temperature
TC = Celsius temperature
TF = ( 9 / 5 ) * TC + 32
TF = ( 9 / 5) * ( 1 / 4 ) + 32
TF = ( 9 / 20 ) + 32
TF = 9 / 20 + 640 / 20
TF = 649 / 20
TF = 32.45
( 1 / 4 ) ° C = 32.45 ° F
TC = Celsius temperature
TF = ( 9 / 5 ) * TC + 32
TF = ( 9 / 5) * ( 1 / 4 ) + 32
TF = ( 9 / 20 ) + 32
TF = 9 / 20 + 640 / 20
TF = 649 / 20
TF = 32.45
( 1 / 4 ) ° C = 32.45 ° F

Hmmm. I interpreted it to mean
Find the temperature where C temperature is 1/4 the F
C = 1/4 (9/5 C + 32)
4C = 9/5 C + 32
20C = 9C + 160
11C = 160
C = 14.545
F = 9/5 * 14.54 + 32 = 58.18
58.18 = 4*14.545
