If you mean

-4 - .5sinθ = -16 + .25√3

then let's multiply by 4 to clear fractions

-16 - 2sinθ = -64 + √3
2sinθ = 48 + √3

Hmmm. not likely

How about

-4 - .5sinθ = (-16 + √3)/4
-16 - 2sinθ = -16 + √3
sinθ = -√3/2
θ = π+π/3 or 2pi-π/3
= 4π/3 or 5π/3
