x^2 -3 x + y^2 = 4

x^2 -3x + 9/4 + y^2 = 4 + 9/4

(x - 3/2)^2 + y^2 = 25/4

center at (3/2 , 0)
radius = 5/2

when y = 0
(x-3/2) = +/- 5/2
x = 1.5+2.5 = 4 so (4,0)
x = 1.5-2.5 = -1 so (-1,0)
