Hannah took a survey of 500 students at her school to find out whether they liked baseball or football. The results are shown in the Venn diagram. How many of the students surveyed like football? 28% liked baseball, 32% liked both, 16% liked football. (in the corner of the Venn diagram is marked 24% because the three percentages equal 76%.)

How many of the students surveyed liked football?
Answered by Steve
32% liked both, 16% liked only football.
So, 48% liked football (and maybe baseball)

Steve,

Is there a way to find out how many liked football only. How do you separate the "both" number to find football only?
