please show me how to solve these:

2. How much time would Simpson save by increasing his average velocity to 56.0 km/h to the east?

distance=rate*time
time= distance/rate
time= distance/rate

so i got the first one. but for the second one i did: t=144/56 and i got 2.57..i guess that is in hours..how would i change that to seconds?

nevermind...the answer is .43HOURS..how did i get 2.57 hours...this question is really bothering me
