work done = change in potential energy
m g h = 1 * 10 * 4 Joules
m g h = 1 * 10 * 4 Joules

Since
Work done is change in kinetic energy.
So,W=Ke m=1kg
and Ke=mgh g=-10m\s2
=1x-10x4 h=4m
Ans =-40Nm
