Determine the period length of
y=3tan 2x
I had the answer to be pi , but the correct one is pi/2
How do you get that answer??

If you look at the graph of y = tan x
you will see that the period of the tangent curve is π , not 2π like the sine and cosine graph.
so for y = tan kx, the period is π/k

so for your function y = 3tan 2x
the period is π/2
